Kristen Large is a passionate health and fitness expert with over 25 years of industry experience. Since 1999, she has successfully owned and operated a Personal Training business, serving both corporate and private clients. Kristen has published numerous health and fitness articles and has competed in 13 bodybuilding competitions, showcasing her dedication and expertise.
John Large's enduring passion for weight training and nutrition began in his formative years and has persisted well into his 50s. With a professional background and career steeped in the sciences, he brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of health and fitness.
